This programme is based on the formula of fasting to rest the body and allow for organs to rest, twice a day colema treatments, or colonhydrotherapy, a daily lymphatic drainage massage, 5 cleansing drinks, using bentonite and psyllium husks, and 5 drinks of potent supplements, to flood the tissues and cellular system with powerful micronutrients.
